Making DVDs for whatever purpose may seem archaic in this all digital- streaming-on-demand time we are in, but the reality is - some clients still demand them.  Some awards or competitions also require you to submit your work on DVDs too.

The problem is - if you make a "first play" DVD (one that plays immediately on loading) the disc will usually cut off the first second or two of video/audio as it loads up.  To overcome this one must put a "header" (usually black or a countdown) onto their track and have it play first.  

Since we need to cater to the lowest common denominator and not confuse anyone watching the DVD (into thinking the countdown or black header is actually part of the video they should be watching), I have made a very simple countdown with the words "THIS IS JUST A COUNTDOWN" on it.
